Not all psychosocial safety strategies have to focus on risks and hazards; it's equally important to promote the good and protective elements of work and workplaces.

Watch this webcast to learn a new way to approach employee mental health. Bendelta senior manager Kirsty Harvison will share a framework that breaks down and simplifies psychosocial safety at the individual, team, and organisational system levels.

This presentation will be pre-recorded, however you are welcome to submit questions in advance via our contact form.
