Medibank is doubling the number of employees in its four-day working trial, after reporting higher levels of engagement, job satisfaction and wellbeing in the first six months.
The landmark experiment is one of the biggest of its kind in Australia, according to Medibank, and the next phase will involve a further 250 employees, taking the total number to 500.
