Accommodations for neurodivergent employees "make a massive difference"

Neurodivergent employees can be significantly more productive than their neurotypical counterparts, but they sometimes need accommodations to maximise their potential, according to a psychologist.

"The success of being neuroinclusive in our workplace rests on a manager and an organisation having some adaptability and flexibility, because accommodations make a massive difference," says Rachel Clements, national director of psychological services at the Centre for Corporate Health.
