Even if some complaints about an employee's behaviour were the result of ADHD-related "misunderstandings", her conduct warranted termination, the Fair Work Commission has found.
Deputy President Lyndall Dean said the employee's ADHD didn't negate the fact that her aggressive and intimidating behaviour was a valid reason to dismiss her.
The Casino Returned Servicemen's Memorial Club employee was sacked in June last year, following "multiple accusations" that she was bullying, intimidating, harassing and belittling staff and managers.
