A deluge of job applications made using AI and auto-apply apps is creating more work for recruitment teams, reducing authenticity and slowing down the whole process, leaders say.
AI-assisted applications are "very much the norm" now and the surge it has created means "the process of reviewing applications has become significantly slower", Frazer Tremble MD Laura Frazer tells HR Daily.
