Are employees controlling their stress, or is it controlling them?

There's no escaping stress completely, but employees can choose between controlling it or letting it control them, according to a wellness specialist who says even sixty seconds can be long enough to "reset".

"You can't just wave a magic wand and say, 'That's it; I'm never going to be stressed anymore'," says One-Minute Reset author Heidi Horne.

"However, you can recognise how stress appears to you, and not let it control you. You can choose how you want to turn up, every single day," she tells HR Daily
