"Big Slow" hiring ahead for HR teams, with AI a key focus

Practitioners who can drive AI implementation in HR functions are in high demand, but plenty of hiring challenges lie ahead, new research shows.

According to a survey of HR leaders by recruitment specialist Robert Half, the top five areas HR teams intend to hire for are:

  1. Learning and development
  2. AI in HR
  3. Human capital reporting for ESG
  4. Employee retention
  5. Workplace planning and analytics
