Complex HR matters require more than a "technical lens"

Most HR practitioners know how to apply a technical lens to complex workplace matters, but a broader focus on human elements can surface risks and opportunities they wouldn't otherwise address, an advisor says.

A traditional, technical approach involves doing due diligence, identifying potential exposure to claims and legal risks, says Humanify HR Consulting managing director Sarah Queenan.
