Some 70% of employees in Australia consider themselves engaged, but this number falls to 66% in the largest organisations, according to new data from Culture Amp.
Globally, the data suggests a continued decline in some key engagement measures, with employee motivation falling for the third consecutive year, and perceived recognition reaching a five-year low.
