Data and business partnering skills highly sought after in HR professionals

With HR functions undergoing rapid tech-driven transformations, practitioners with data analytics skills and business partnering capabilities are in especially high demand, according to a new report on salaries and hiring trends.

"In the past year, business restructuring impacted HR professionals as companies endured workforce reductions and hiring freezes," says Robert Half director Nicole Gorton, in the organisation's 2025 salary guide.
