Employers are largely in the dark about the disability status of their workforce, highlighting a need for "safe and respectful" data collection.
Commenting on the Disability Data at Work report released today, by Diversity Council Australia and Australian Disability Network, chief executive of the latter Corene Strauss says "the value of accurately and safely collecting disability data in the workplace cannot be underestimated".
