Most employers agree the workplace law reforms introduced over the past few years are having a positive impact, according to AHRI's latest Quarterly Work Outlook report.
The Respect@Work agenda received the highest net positive rating of 66% (where the percentage of employers who say that policies have negatively impacted their organisation are subtracted from the percentage reporting a positive benefit), and flexible work changes have a 46% net approval rating.
Limits on fixed-term contracts (36%) and casual employment conversion (35%) are slightly less popular, followed by the right to disconnect (27%), the prohibition on pay secrecy (21%) and wage theft laws (5%).
