Some employers are now realising they've "gone too far" in adding flexible work terms to their enterprise agreements, and rolling them back isn't going to be easy, a workplace relations specialist warns.
Over the past few years, and particularly in the federal Government space, renegotiated EAs have provided access to flexible work that goes beyond what's required in the National Employment Standards and the Fair Work Act, Humanify HR Consulting managing director Sarah Queenan tells HR Daily.
"I think a lot of private employers have done the same, and they've probably done it without thinking about the ramifications."
