'Evolving flexibility' a top employee benefits trend to watch

As flexibility becomes the new normal, organisations are approaching what they offer in new ways that better support their employees' work-life balance, a major report on benefits shows.

"In an environment of limited pay growth, organisations are increasingly leveraging benefits as a strategic tool to attract and retain top talent, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture," according to Mercer's 2024 Australian Benefits Review.
