It's difficult for workplaces to help employees experiencing FDV if they don't know what signs to look out for, and some are easy to miss, a support and advocacy specialist says.
In Australia, it's estimated that 2.2 million women will experience domestic and family violence in any given year, says Humans of Purpose Academy CEO Melanie Greblo.
