Full bench confirms 'frustrated' employee's dismissal was fair; and more

An employee has failed on appeal to prove that she shouldn't have been sacked for misconduct, after her mounting frustrations manifested in aggressive and insubordinate behaviour.

The retail employee was dismissed by her employer, which operates Adelaide supermarkets, in September last year for rudeness and insubordination.
