Government launches next stage of 'Secure Jobs' changes
The Australian Government has released details of the next round of its 'Secure Jobs' obligations.
The draft Secure Australian Jobs Framework sets out expectations of "how businesses seeking to engage with the Government should seek to structure their business's workforce arrangements to support secure work".
"Secure jobs and productivity go hand in hand," according to Workplace Relations Minister Amanda Rishworth.
"Businesses that invest in their workers, build skills and maintain a stable workforce are better placed to deliver high-quality work, manage risk and provide value for taxpayers."
