HR "can't just be consulting" when it comes to workplace change; it needs to be leading, a people experience specialist says. Meanwhile employers should expect unfinished projects to be "the norm" at the end of the year, research shows.
The way people do their jobs is changing "and HR can't be passive in this, they need to be actively leading these transformations", says Qualtrics XM Institute principal behavioural scientist, Dr Cecelia Herbert.
These changes "have to be people-centric, they have to be employee-centric; otherwise they will be very expensive, unsuccessful projects", she tells HR Daily...
