HR jobs market back in decline; HR and TA skills merging
Overall demand for HR professionals has again fallen, after an uptick late last year. Meanwhile, HR and talent acquisition roles are blending, but not fast enough, according to an advisor.
The HR Job Opportunities Index, published by HR recruitment specialist The Next Step, shows job ads fell 13.2% in the quarter.
