Just under half of HR professionals are able to take regular breaks and only 48% can "effectively switch off from work to make time for rest", according to new research.
After a significant 11% increase in HR professionals' perceived resilience between 2022 and 2023, there has been a "somewhat unsurprising" 1% drop this year, new insights from Culture Amp show.
Crucially, only 53% of HR professionals say their stress levels feel manageable, which is 10 points lower than the global benchmark.
