Employees in inclusive teams report far less experience of s-xual harassment at work, according to a new report calling on employers to view inclusion as a preventative strategy.
The Diversity Council Australia report, based on data collected from 3,000 employees as part of its 2025-2026 Inclusion@Work Index, suggests inclusion could be critical in reducing sexual harassment risk.
As reported by HR Daily, DCA released some of its preliminary findings in May, including that almost one in five employees (18%) reported experiencing sexual harassment at work in the 12 months preceding the survey.
