Leaders' commitment to wellbeing questioned; "Everyday exclusion" rife

Employees' confidence that leaders genuinely prioritise their wellbeing is continuing to decline, new data suggests. Meanwhile, the treatment of LGBTIQ+ employees at work is getting worse, not better.

Culture Amp's aggregate data – namely from more than 62 million surveys at 8,200 global companies, and 1.5 billion answered questions across 3.3 million employees – shows that that while the majority of employees (70%) believe leaders demonstrate a commitment to wellbeing, this figure has fallen from 77% in 2021.

Women remain less convinced than men (71% vs 75%), according to the data, which reveals other meaningful gender gaps...
