When Erica Nelson first joined the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation, she coached about 15 leaders one-on-one.
Now, as chief leadership development officer, coaching more than 50 leaders individually and conducting group coaching at every leadership layer across the organisation, she tells HR Daily a key part of her work is to broaden people's perspectives of leadership and career progression.
