"Loaded terms" undermine workplace conflict resolution

When HR and other leaders are addressing interpersonal conflict at work, it's important to be mindful of the "subversive" impact some language has, a specialist says.

For example, using the term "bullying" to describe workplace tension can create a barrier to constructive conversations between the people involved, according to Ombpoint adviser Holly Wilson.
