Relationship management tops list of HR 'skills on the rise'
Relationship management is the top skill that HR professionals in Australia should focus on to stay ahead in today's job market, according to new LinkedIn reports.
Based on data from its 16 million users in Australia, LinkedIn's Skills on the Rise lists take into account skills added to member profiles, their presence in recently recruited roles, and the increase in demand for these skills in company job offers.
While strategic leadership and HRIS database management round up the top three spots, soft skills are also in high demand as AI reshapes the HR industry in Australia, and organisations look for core competencies that AI cannot easily replace, says LinkedIn career expert Cayla Dengate.
