Employers are overestimating the value of their non-monetary offerings when designing their benefits packages, new research suggests.
The report, produced by Deloitte and Origin 360 EV, involved interviews with 15 HR leaders across Australia, and a survey of more than 1,500 employees.
Echoing other studies, the report states remuneration and benefits are a key retention driver, making 72% of employees choose to stay with their current employer.
