Since the early days of R U OK? Day, employers have become a "lot better" at handling workplace wellbeing and mental health conversations, a psychological safety expert says.
This year's theme is 'Ask R U OK? Any Day', with the organisation encouraging Australians to check in with each other regularly, "because life happens every day".
Workplace conversations about mental health have definitely improved, and it's clear that most organisations genuinely care about the wellbeing of their teams, Centre for Corporate Health director of psychological services Rachel Clements tells HR Daily.
