Two recent constructive dismissal claims are instructive for employers on when to exercise caution before actioning an employee's resignation.
The cases show that in circumstances where mental health issues are known or suspected to be involved, it's wise not to proceed with haste, according to HR Law practice group leader, Kristin Duff.
