The Fair Work Commission has made a single-interest employer authorisation for a proposed multi-enterprise agreement covering 269 employers and their workers.
The agreement proposes to cover employees of McDonald's Australia Limited and 268 of its franchisees, specifically those who: perform work at McDonald's-branded restaurants within any classification provided at clause 12.4 of the Fast Food Industry Award 2020; or perform maintenance work at McDonald's-branded restaurants.
