Social impact organisations edge ahead as most attractive employers

Social impact organisations now have the edge in attracting Gen Z workers in particular, but commercial organisations can still appeal to those seeking ethical alignment, according to new employer brand research.

Three of the top five organisations in this year's most attractive Australian employers list, and six in the top 10, are social impact organisations, Randstad's 2025 employer brand report shows.

This marks "a sharp departure from 2024, when blue-chip companies led the field", the report says.
