Strong hiring ahead for HR teams; Trump cancels DEI programs

Employers are reporting strong hiring intentions for their HR departments this year, according to new research. Meanwhile DEI programs are crumbling under "anti-woke" pressure in the United States.

Some 87% of Australian employers expect to hire HR staff this year, but they should anticipate challenges, the salary and hiring trends research shows.
