A recent general protections penalty decision contains three major lessons for employers about this "different beast" of a regime, according to a workplace lawyer.
The case involved an aged care nurse practitioner, who successfully claimed her employer, Alfred Health, took adverse action against her when it sacked her in 2021, after she'd complained about workplace bullying.
