A lack of literacy around wellbeing is holding back progress on workplace psychosocial safety, according to an expert in the field.
"We've got a really large literacy around ill health," says Sustainable Brain founder Dr Isabelle Phillips, in a new HR Daily Premium webcast.
"What we have neglected is to build the same level of literacy around wellbeing," she says.
"We don't have the language to describe thriving. We rarely discuss flourishing... And we can't differentiate between good stress and bad stress, which is problematic for organisations and for individuals."...
