"Unmanageable" stress levels aren't just an HR issue

Australian employees are suffering from "unmanageable" levels of stress, and it's "not just an HR or WHS issue", according to a new report from the Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia.

The complexity of economic, technological and regulatory changes, occurring across Australia and globally, underscore the importance of integrating mental health into the core of business strategies, say CMHAA chair Steven Worrall and CEO Dr Kim Hamrosi in the report's foreword.
