Corporate private health insurance is becoming a more attractive employee benefit, and leading-edge employers are evolving their offerings in some key ways, according to new research.
Insurance broker Lockton's inaugural report on 2022 trends confirms that employers now place greater value on private health insurance.
But what employees want from such programs is evolving, and Lockton national manager Carmine Cocca says the best employers are responding quickly.
The first trend he notes is that employers are transitioning from transactional health insurance providers to health partners.
