"Challenging the status quo mindset" is critical in any workplace committed to growth and innovation, says the founder and CEO of an award-winning business group.
Employment services provider Arriba Group, which has been recognised among Australia's most innovative companies for the past five years, prioritises growth by having four innovative ideas in the pipeline every year, Marcella Romero tells HR Daily.
The growth mindset has been in the group's DNA since it was founded 26 years ago, and is the reason it now has 600 employees across its three companies, she says.
