Most organisations haven't updated their careers page in more than 12 months, according to new employer branding research.
Peak Corporate Solutions' 2025 EVP research examined how 266 organisations across 14 sectors were marketing themselves to prospective employees, finding that 68% hadn't changed their EVP, careers page, or related messaging, in 12 months.
Some hadn't changed these things in two years, director Malcolm Peak tells HR Daily.
"We were surprised," Peak tells HR Daily. "We thought there'd be some new imagery, there'd be some new messaging, there'd be examples of a project."
