Psychosocial safety lens makes an "incredible difference" during change

As awareness around psychosocial safety grows, more employers are investing in risk prevention at crucial times of workplace change, according to a psychologist.

Giving leaders expert help to follow procedures correctly and deliver news about change with extra care can make the difference between causing or avoiding harm, says Centre for Corporate Health director of psychological services Rachel Clements.
