The organisations that are successfully managing change in 2025 are those that prioritise building and celebrating adaptability as a core competency, research suggests.
At Reward Gateway's recent Sydney conference, APAC MD Kylie Green and director of consultancy Kylie Terrell told attendees the organisation's research shows that 98% of HR leaders agree embracing change is key to employee engagement and driving performance.
However, only 10% of employers plan to introduce adaptability as a core competency.
