AI presents a unique opportunity for HR functions to step "fully" into a strategic, value-creating role, according to a chief people officer.

Anne Tosky, CPO of HR software company Elmo, is currently asking her team to "rethink" everything their function does, notably including process, experience, manager capability building and burnout prevention.
