AI presents "hardest moment of change management" for HR

HR practitioners and other business leaders can do three things to prepare for the new era of work driven by AI, according to LinkedIn's chief economic opportunity officer.

Following the computing-driven "knowledge economy", which was defined by "technical skills ", AI is now ushering in the "innovation economy", Aneesh Raman told the LinkedIn Talent Connect Australia event in Sydney this week.

"This new economy is going to be one where the unique capability we have as humans, to innovate, to invent, to imagine, is going to become core to how companies succeed and how careers are built," he says...
