Attrition drivers suggest it's time for HR to "look inward"

HR professionals are accustomed to helping others build leadership capability, but new research into the reasons they're quitting suggests it's time to "look inward".

HR recruitment specialist EtonHR's latest industry insights research has found that most CPOs and HR leaders attribute the turnover in their teams to dissatisfaction with their remuneration and benefits.

However, as reported in this article, pay wasn't even one of the top-five reasons given by HR staff who've left roles in the past 12 months – the most common attrition driver was poor leadership and/or organisational culture.
