Australian HR leaders are more likely to be intensifying their DEI efforts than rolling them back, according to an LGBTIQA+ inclusion specialist.
Queer Town founder and CEO Archie Beetle tells HR Daily they have been checking in with clients to see if DEI rollbacks in America might lead to cutbacks here; the answer so far is a resounding "no".
Across the board, HR leaders are saying the opposite; in fact, "I've actually heard the term 'doubling down' multiple times now", they tell HR Daily.
