"Challenging conversations" involved when devising benefits for all ages

Crafting a benefits package that appeals to employees across multiple generations requires balancing "conflicting needs", but an HR leader says it's been key to helping her organisation meet its goals.

It's well established that diverse workforces are more productive and perform better, but for the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation, diversity is also deeply connected to the organisation's purpose, says chief people and culture officer Mariam Hares.
