An employer that's determined to prevent s-xual and gender-based harassment, and have a workplace culture where respect is "the default", has implemented a "living, breathing" plan that goes above and beyond its legislative obligations.
Transit Systems is a national organisation with more than 7,000 employees, about three-quarters of whom are male.
This year, ahead of Queensland regulations taking effect, it developed and implemented its first Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment Prevention Plan (SHPP), which it has decided to roll out across Australia.
