Conversation framework takes HR strategy meetings from chaos to clarity

Setting a structure for conversations helps improve the quality of group decisions, but very few strategy meetings tend to do this, a specialist says.

According to The Change Company director Paul Donovan, who's been facilitating strategic group conversations for years, it's easy for a few senior people to sit down and write a strategy.
