Atlassian's "culture of experimentation" is helping its HR function to ensure that teams, not just individuals, are benefitting from AI tools.
The software company's recent research found that just 24% of AI implementations focus on teams, and individual productivity remains the most common metric.
"But knowledge workers spend 80% of their time on collaborative work, which means the biggest AI opportunity is hiding in plain sight," the report says.
