Culture change starts with leaders' "insanely contagious" behaviour

When leaders express dissatisfaction with workplace culture, their own behaviour is the best place to start looking for a solution, according to a performance and leadership expert.

"Behaviour is contagious", and only when leaders align their behaviour with their stated values do they foster trust and connected workplace cultures, says Dr Adam Fraser.
