Curious cultures linked to faster-growing, more engaged businesses

Organisations that foster a more curious culture are seeing major competitive benefits, research indicates.

SAP's 'capitalising on curiosity' research has found Australian companies that foster a more curious culture experience up to twice the levels of employee engagement, and up to three times the revenue growth of organisations with a less curious culture.

The report, involving senior business leaders and employees across Australia, found that leaders who strongly agree that their organisation has a curious culture achieved average annual revenue growth of 20.5% over the past 12 months...
