Employee feeling "undervalued" wasn't forced to resign

If an employee had provided more insight into her workplace concerns, instead of resigning, her employer might have been "more proactive" in addressing them, the Fair Work Commission has ruled.

The Paisley Park educational leader made a general protections claim involving dismissal, arguing the employer had engaged in a course of conduct that left her with no option but to resign.

But the employer objected on the basis she had voluntarily left her employment...
